When will my pre-order ship?
Each pre-order has an estimated ship date listed on the product page. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes. Please allow all other orders 14 business days to ship. We’re a small, independent studio pushing forward with every launch. Shipping might take a little longer sometimes — but we’ll always keep you updated.

What happens if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
We’ll ship everything together once your pre-order is ready. If you’d like the in-stock gear sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary (usually 10–21 business days) depending on customs and carriers.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

What if I get the wrong or a damaged item?
Email us at info@forwardthinkingstudio.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
